The safari suit was first introduced in a runway show in 1967. Considered a perfect ensemble for hot summers, it embodied the spirit of freedom sparked by the 1960s as well as a new form of seduction. A revival of old Hollywood style, the FRANCO safari pant is a feminine take on the traditional safari suit. Tailored from a hessian style cotton in a lustrous shade of green, the pants have been cut to sit high on the waist and slim through the legs before kicking out to a flared hem.
