RETURNS POLICY

If you are not perfectly satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days from the date of delivery. A return request must be submitted to receive your refund or exchange within normal processing times.

We do not offer refunds on FINAL SALE items. FINAL SALE items may be exchanged for a different size (if available).

You may return or exchange your ANNA ANTAL purchase subject to the adherence of our terms and conditions as outlined in our Returns Policy below.

All returns or exchanges, other than for faulty goods, must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Returns and exchanges are only accepted with proof of purchase.

Unless the return is required by law:

  • Items must be in their original condition (including all tags) and must not have been worn, altered or washed.

  • Items must not have been used in photography shoots, Instagram posts, online, commercially or for personal gain.

  • All packaging shipped with your order must be returned.

  • Every ANNA ANTAL garment has a tag attached reading “ANNA ANTAL will not accept a return or exchange if this garment tag has been removed or tampered with”. Once this tag is re-moved, the garment can no longer be returned or exchanged.

  • For all swimwear and bodysuits, clients must try on items wearing undergarments. If returned, the protective hygiene strip must remain in place. Returns will not be accepted if the protective hygiene strip is removed or altered or the item otherwise shows signs of wear.

    Should you wish to return an item, ANNA ANTAL do not refund international prepaid tax and du- ties paid at the time of checkout for Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) orders or tax and duties paid at time of customs entry for Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU) orders. Residents from these countries will need to contact their local customs office to obtain a tax refund.

    ONLINE RETURNS

1. SUBMIT A RETURN REQUEST FORM

Click here to complete and submit an online return request form. A return request form must be submitted to receive your refund within normal processing times. You have the option to select a refund or exchange of your item/s. If selecting exchange, specify the item you would like to exchange in the comments box on the return request form. If your chosen item is not available, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or a full refund. After submitting the online return request form, our Client Services team will send you an email confirming your return details. This email needs to be printed and included with your return item/s in their original packaging, along with the original order invoice and any additional paperwork supplied during the returns process.

2. BOOK YOUR FREE RETURN COURIER

Australian Clients
a) Ensure your item/s meets all the conditions in our Returns Policy listed above.
b) Complete the return request form online.
c) After submitting the online return request form, you will receive an email from our Client Services team confirming receipt of your return request along with the Anna Antal Clint Services PO Box address for shipping. Print this email and include it with your return item/s.
d) Carefully pack your return item(s) into the original packaging, including a copy of the email sent to you from our Client Services team confirming your return, as well as the order invoice and any additional paperwork supplied to you during the returns process.
f) Deliver your package to your nearest post office and return to the address provided in the email from our Client Services team.

International Clients
a) Ensure your item/s meets all the conditions in our Returns Policy listed above.
b) Complete the return request form online.
c) After submitting the online return request form, you will receive an email from our Client Services team confirming receipt of your return request along with the Anna Antal Clint Services PO Box address for shipping. Print this email and include it with your return item/s.
d) Carefully pack your return item(s) into the original packaging, including a copy of the email sent to you from our Client Services team confirming your return, as well as the order invoice and any additional paperwork supplied to you during the returns process.

 

RETURNS PROCESSING TIMES

Once the item/s have been received, they will undergo a quality review. Once cleared, you will receive your new item for exchanges or a refund on the purchase price for returns (excluding the original shipping cost) directly to the original method of payment used for your purchase. You will receive email notification once your return has been processed, this will occur within 5 days of receiving your return. During busy periods, returns processing may take 2-3 days longer.

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted with proof of purchase on items within 14 days from the date of delivery. Items returned outside this respective period will not be accepted. An on- line return request form must be submitted to receive your refund within normal processing times.
