Domestic

For shipping in Australia, we use Australia Post’s Express eParcel service. When your items have been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your unique parcel tracking number. Please visit the Australia Post website and enter the tracking number to track your parcel. All deliveries will require a signature. International

For shipping outside Australia, we use DHL's Express International service. When your items have been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from DHL with a unique tracking number. You can track your order by clicking on the link provided in this email. Please note, DHL does not ship to Russia. Shipments cannot be set to private or residential addresses in Russia. This is in light of Russian restrictions on all dutiable shipments sent to private individuals. ORDER PROCESSING

Metro deliveries will arrive 1-2 business days from the date of shipping and regional and international deliveries will take an additional 3-4 business days. All international orders are processed for shipment within 1 business day. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday. While we are not currently experiencing extended delays, COVID-19 may affect the timeframe in which some orders are processed. If you order is impacted by an unexpected delay, you will be notified as soon as we become aware of the revised timeline.

RECEIVING YOUR ORDER

Domestic and international deliveries require a signature. For orders within Australia, if an authorised person is unavailable to sign for delivery, your parcel will be delivered to your local post office and a postal card will be left in your letterbox. For orders outside Australia, if an authorised person is unavailable to sign for delivery, a postal card will be left in your letterbox and you will need to contact DHL and reschedule the delivery. Australia Post Express eParcel service can deliver to P.O boxes and parcel locker addresses in Australia. DHL Express International does not deliver to international postal boxes or pack stations.

CURRENCY, DUTIES AND TAXES

All product prices and payments made for orders within Australia will incur GST. For orders to countries outside of Australia, deliveries to some countries are shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis, which means you will not have to pay additional fees when your order arrives in your country. Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, your shipment destination, and the value of your purchase. These are added to your order total in the checkout.

This charge is determined by your local customs authority and includes;

1. The Sales Tax applied by your country for purchases from Australia; and

2. Duties charged for processing by your country.

The final recommended retail price may vary depending on the delivery country. Countries shipped with DDP include: New Zealand New Caledonia If a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) destination is selected at checkout, duties and taxes will be payable upon your order arriving in your country. This will be noted in the checkout process. For these countries, we are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your order will incur, as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information contact your local customs office. Any DDU orders refused upon delivery at either the final destination or customs, will have the incurred duties and taxes deducted from the refunded amount and be subject to a 30 day return processing time. Should you wish to return an item, Anna Antal does not refund international prepaid duties and taxes paid at the time of checkout for Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) orders or duties and taxes paid at the time of customs entry for Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU) orders with the exception of New Zealand tax (tax only). Residents from all other countries can contact their local customs office to obtain a tax refund.

ITEM AVAILABILITY

On occasion, there may be times when stock levels are not up to date on our online store resulting in items being unavailable at the time of purchase. The likelihood of this occurring is extremely rare but if it does happen, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or full refund.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

If you require any changes to your order, including incorrect address details, please contact our Client Services team at clientservices@annaantal.com. If your order has already been processed, Anna Antal accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered at the time of purchase. You will need to follow our Returns Service to change the incorrect item. Shipments rejected by the receiver will result in the client incurring redirection fees. Anna Antal reserves the right to cancel any order after purchase.
